Guidelines for Submission

Guidelines for submission of Full Papers

Researchers, professionals and other experts including those from outside India are invited to contribute conceptual and /or empirical papers on any of the Conference themes mentioned above. Apart from papers focussed on India, submissions relating to other regions and countries are welcome.

Submission Guidelines for Full Paper

  • Full papers should conform to the following guidelines:
  • Title Page: Authors Affiliation Full postal address, telephone & fax numbers and e-mail address
  • Abstract: The abstract should give a clear indication of the objectives, scope, methods, results and conclusion of your work. All manuscripts must include a 100-150 word abstract typed on a separate page.
  • Keywords: (Maximum eight words)
  • Introduction: The introduction usually contains a background and/or a motivation for the research including comparison to related research.
  • Objectives: The objectives of the research paper summarize what is to be achieved by the research study.
  • Theory: A brief description of the theoretical foundations, research framework, etc. relevant to the work presented.
  • Methods: This section should describe what was done to answer the research question, describe how it was done, justify the research design, and explain how the results were analyzed.
  • Results: Presentation of the result obtained.
  • Discussion: Discuss the results. What conclusions can you draw? Put results in perspective by comparing to other studies or generally accepted knowledge in the field. Critically evaluate your own method and results with respect to the simplifications made.
  • The full paper should include limitations and future directions
  • References: Please include references prepared according to the American Psychological Association (APA) 6.0 Guidelines (refer www.apastyle.org). List the references in alphabetical order at the end of the paper. All references must be single spaced. The references should be distinguished by hanging indents.
  • Format Guidelines:
    • Word count: 5,000 to 6000 words (including the abstract, references, tables, figures , annexures)
    • Paper size: Standard A4
    • Font and size: Times New Roman 12 pt, line space double.
    • Margins: 1” on all sides
    • Justified text
    • Do not include page headers and footers.
    • Major section headings (“Heading 1” style), bold face; minor or “Heading 2” headings should be all italic.
    • All figures/tables should be integrated in the text. The figure caption style should have the same font and size as the main text.
  • Manuscripts will be initially screened by the Technical Committee for adherence to these guidelines, in particular for originality, readability, and potential contribution to the literature. Full manuscript will then be subject to a double-blind peer review process. The full paper will be assessed with respect to the applied method and the correct use of it, the relevance of the introduced simplifications, the relevance of the introduction, results and discussion, the ability to clearly pass on the message, and the overall impression.
  • All rights of publication of papers presented in the Conference shall rest with the Conference Organizers.
